What a great spot right off Highway 50. There is a nice covered patio for your fur family if you have been out hiking like us. You order cafeteria style and we tried the sampler which is 3 meats, 3 sides and cornbread for $51. The brisket, St Louis ribs and pulled pork were tender and flavorful. The only drawback was the meats were prepared earlier so they weren't as juicy as they could have been. We had potato salad, coleslaw and sautéed green beans as sides. The buttery garlicky beans were a hit but everything was good. The cornbread muffins were off the hook and served with honey butter. This is a great spot and we will likely come by whenever we hit Apple Hill.

Had the ribs again today and they were amazing as usual. The brisket was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. Don't forget to try all their sauces (I love the original and chipotle) and the berry cobble pie. It's grandmas famous recipe, and don't forget to add the whip cream on top!

Friday 11:45AM walked up holding my little dog LuLu and ordered - no line. Went outside easily finding a table next to the other dog owners. Food arrived to table quickly and was definitely tasty. Best cold slaw I've had, definitely a good choice for a side dish. Angry Pit Master sandwich was a mountain of delight.
